Are you not yet sure how long you will be needing the vehicle?

Then do not specify a finishing time. However, this is handy for the possibly different branches, so that our VIP drivers can make preparations.

How would you like to pay?

VISA, V Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, or invoice subject to approval.

When is payment due?


Payment must be made after every journey.

Travelling alone or in company?

We only transport you and those accompanying you.

Have you missed your flight, or is it delayed?

We always monitor your flight online. If you miss your flight or suffer a very long delay, please contact us by calling +32 3 502 76 20, or get in touch with your driver directly.

Do you need any other services before or after your journey?


If you would like us to accompany you to the check-in desk, for example, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Where can you find us at the airport?

Drivers from Incognito® will always be waiting for you in the arrival hall, and will be carrying an Incognito® sign. If you prefer, a different sign can be used. Alternatively, we can let you know where we are parked, and wait for you there.

Is your reservation final after filling in the reservation form?

Your reservation is only final after we confirm it.

Why is the flight number and place I’m flying back from important?

We monitor the arrival time of your flight on the internet, so we can detect any changes.
